Booking & contracts
How long do I have to commit to?+
There's no minimum or maximum contract. Stay a month or stay a year. When you're ready to leave, all we ask for is one month's notice.
How do I book a unit?+
The easiest way is to ring us. We'll talk through what you need, work out the right size, and arrange a time for you to come over.
Can I see the unit before I commit?+
Yes. We're happy to show people round by appointment. Give us a call and we'll find a time that suits.
Security & access
How secure is the site?+
The site has electric gate access and CCTV. Internal units sit behind security doors and roller shutters with personal access codes, plus a padlock for your unit.
When can I get to my things?+
Seven days a week. Everything is at ground level, so no stairs and no lifts to navigate.
Who else has access to my unit?+
Just you. You're the only one with the key to your padlock.
Sizes & what fits
What sizes do you have?+
Five indoor sizes from a garden shed up to a 10 × 10ft double unit, plus outdoor 20ft containers. See the Units & Sizes page for detail.
How do I work out what size I need?+
Give us a call and we'll talk it through, or pop over by appointment and we'll walk you round.
Are the units dry and clean?+
The indoor units sit inside a large secure building and stay dry. The outdoor containers are weatherproof and well-maintained.
Payment & rental
How much does a unit cost?+
Prices depend on the size you pick. Ring us for an up-to-date quote, it'll only take a minute.
What if I want to leave early?+
No problem. We just ask for one month's notice, and that's it.
Visiting & moving in
Where exactly are you?+
We're at Stone Hill, Sellindge, Ashford TN25 6EJ. Just 300 metres from the A20, and three miles from J10a or J11 on the M20.
Can I park to load and unload?+
Yes. There's space on site for vans, cars, and trailers. You can drive right up to the unit doors.
Can I store unusual items?+
Probably, but give us a ring first. There are a few things we can't take, mostly anything dangerous, flammable, or perishable.
